How to use this source
- Choose the legal-heir service and read its current document instructions, including the mandatory death certificate.
- Use the application reference to check status; once delivered, open the output certificate.
- Use the portal’s certificate-verification function with the reference and token printed on the certificate.
Scope and limits. A revenue legal-heir certificate is not a court-issued succession certificate. Disputed cases can require the competent civil court. This review does not establish your entitlement or the complete documents for your case.
