How to read this result
- Use the result to see how your money is spread and how much may be available for short-term needs.
- A projected investment gain is not cash you can spend. Property and restricted deposits may be hard to access quickly.
- Check taxes, fees and withdrawal limits. The result uses your figures and does not verify your accounts or guarantee returns.
Calculation details and sources
Use comparable after-tax total-return assumptions for each asset class. The assumed annual return includes potential price gains and is not spendable cash income. Optional confirmed distributions are analysed separately. Fees must not be included twice.
Property is not counted as emergency liquidity. Deposits may have withdrawal restrictions, penalties or bank limits. The liquidity figure is a simple upper estimate, not a confirmed available balance.
This tool avoids needing bank access by using figures you enter. It does not bypass a bank’s geographic, security or account controls. Do not enter account numbers, passwords or identity documents.
Before you act
